With this short film, I intended not to tell a story but to convey a feeling —like a poem.

One of the main inspirations for this short film was the word “Anhedonia,” which is one of the main symptoms of depression.

The title “Life is My Trigger” shows that it is not something specific that may cause pain and grief; for some people, living is the trigger.
